The Montgomery Sheep Farm is situated on a 200 acre tract of land in Biscoe, NC surrounded by forests of pine. We employ rotational grazing techniques throughout the property to minimize overgrazing, improve flock health and maximize regeneration of organic matter in the soil.
The property previously served as a hunting lodge, and many of the original structures remain intact and have been repurposed for the farm.
In addition to operating a bed and breakfast, working farm vacations for families, and facilities for weddings and business retreats, the property also serves as a demonstration research site for those interested in sustainable agriculture and off-grid living.We are open to the public and hope to see you soon!
